At Braingelist Solves we aim to provide uncomplicated and unbureaucratic support for projects targeting social, ecological and humanitarian issues with an entrepreneurial approach. As with all start-ups, such projects often face numerous hurdles related to both financial resources and a need for know-how and expertise in certain areas.

What we do

Braingelist Solves supports sustainable start-ups and humanitarian initiatives financially as well as with contacts and knowledge. We build on our venture experience as well as our international expert network to achieve lasting impact, in areas related to the Braingelist core business.

Our social venture Socential AG based in Zürich provides the ideal foundation for the Braingelist Solves activities. Thanks to its triple bottom line purpose, Socential AG has a tax exempt status and can provide tax relevant donation receipts for donations received.

Our support for Ukraine

With Braingelist Health Services, a significant part of our business is in Ukraine. With the outbreak of the war in February 2022, our immediate focus was to quickly enable the evacuation of our staff and candidates to a safe harbour in Germany, where our partner hospitals are located. Once this had been accomplished, it was natural to keep focusing on doing what we could to support our Ukrainian friends in this horrible situation.

Apart from cross-funding from our own business, we have collected money donations from many private people such as business clients, partners and former work colleagues. With this money we have provided humanitarian aid and brought it to Ukraine. Thanks to our network in Ukraine, we have closely monitored where the help is needed most urgently and have given the collected money 100% without detours or bureaucracy to concrete initiatives. We have also commissioned manufacturing companies in Ukraine to produce and ship thermal underwear within Ukraine, in order to support local companies.
